We got to sharis, ordered our food but our waiter was very impatient when i asked if i could subsitute biscuits and gravey instead of pancakes also didnt ask if i wanted bacon or sausage. When i got my order she once again was i. A hurry. Didnt ask if i wanted katsup or tabasco. When i went to themanagement i felt like was being a burdon. I will not be back.

We came in between 12:45-12:50 PM. We walked straight to the table by the video lottery machine. We waited for 15 minutes. Not a single server walked back there. I got up to the front to ask for service in the back. They showed up 10 minutes later to give our menus and water. It took another 10 minutes to get our order. Our food took more than 15-20 minutes. I immediately asked for our check because who knows how much longer that was going to take plus we had a Dr. apt. We were disappointed that our food wasn't even warm? We wonder how long did our food sit on the counter for? The sad part was that the restaurant wasn't even busy. We want to express that we hardly complain about service because we get that they some things have could have gone wrong and we don't know. We are also long time Shari's customers. This is the first time ever that the service was so slow and ridiculous. We ate less than 10 minutes and took off. I had to get up to ask for service every time. I even got up and got my own togo boxes. Our server was nice but that doesn't justify the absurd service we received today! Now we don't know if we want to ever come back!

the menu is way too complicated. no senior lunch menu. took too long to receive food and then it was cold. the price of the food for the portion size is crazy. my husband ordered a Cuban sandwich and it was $9. We were in Miami and they were not that expensive. You do not have a small plain burger on the menu. I took the kids small burgers and there was no mayo, mustard, sauce of any kind. We did order a quiche to go (always been good). the other food was so bad that we will not return. Who are you pricing these items on the menu for? You are a café and not a 5 star restaurant. We used to visit often but I will not return.

The hashbrowns were horrible and I was charged for milk when the place was out of stock. When I requested a manager I had to wait even longer. Overall it took an hour and half to be seated and to eat. We watched at least 9 other tables walk out. And after waiting the food was disgusting. I requested to be charged only half per breakfast (total of 2) and was only discounted for one dish. I was originally only offered a $2 discounted and still charged $2.69 for the milk I was never given. The staff is slow and unresponsive. There were buckets to catch water from a leaking roof. The entire place appears to be falling apart.

The server never once asked if we wanted anything more to drink, never smiled and acted like she hated her job. The food was horrible. My husband had the New York steak Medium Well, cooked raw, cold, & had no flavor what so ever. I ordered the Denver Omelette, the cheese was burnt, the hash brown's & the toast were cold. The whole experience was a waste of good money.
