Fast service and food was outstanding

Heather was great and very friendly. The only downside was that there was a lot of oil or water or a mix at the bottom of my nacho that made a lot of the bottom soggy and gross. Overall a great experience though.

We arrived at 10:15pm, having seen a movie nearby. The restaurant's staff was extremely busy, but doing the best they could. I have worked as a waitress and I understand that when a restaurant is rushed, the best thing a server can do is be pleasant and professional until the rush dies down. Our waitress, Mary, was just great. She had a wonderful attitude and went the extra mile to make sure my friend had her pie prepared exactly the way she wanted it. Her outstanding helpfulness made our entire experience at Shari's extra special. We will come again and we'll tell our friends about Mary.

Our Server Ashlee was really quick on her feet very friendly and outgoing. Food was perfect my grandchildren loved the server. She said she was the best server that she ever had. We will come back to see here for sure.

Lisa is a great server. She remembers me on my weekly visits, and brings me my preferred drink order without prompting. She is efficient and friendly, and gives the restaurant a family feeling.
