Shari's

The food and the service were consistently good like we count on Shari's to be. We liked that the staff was very accomodating to moving to a different table, to bring fresh coffee, it was very professional. This was a small family get together so it was nice that we did not have to focus on the food and service but the company, because everything was right.

Slow in delivering food. Salad was very plain - lettuce and croutons

My Waitress was perfect. friendly and helpful. The person helping her bring the food out did not bring the entire order and left without asking.

The comfort of the booth seating is unsatisfactory. The seats were like sitting in a hole, which was the same on both sides. The cashier said they are planning on putting new seating in but the seats have been like this for a long time. It was very crowded but our food wasn't hot - only warm. We don't usually criticize but this wasn't a good experience at our Sharis.
