We were told that Wednesday's were free pie night with a dinner. Nowhere did we see or were informed, until we received the check, that limited time pies are not totally free. To me, this is unfair or false advertising. Free should be free.

The waitress did an excellent job but the hostess was very inefficient and could not handle the crowd. There were a number of dirty tables and people waiting, but did not seem concerned about getting people seated. Once seated the service was Great.

I was highly satisfied with this Shari's. I meant I would not return to this location in the next 30 days because we don't live near this location. I had an appointment nearby and we chose to stop here for breakfast afterwards.

Highly reserved for truly outstanding....

The restaurant needs a deep cleaning. Overall, the restaurant seems tired and worn.

Dinner was fine. Food as always excellent. I requested a box for my leftovers, twice, and never got it.

Ordered pies for Thanksgiving to pick up a few days later and was told they didn't have my order when I went on to pick the pies up. Luckily there was enough of the pies I ordered.

Ordered eggs over hard. Received over soft. Waitress did not notice eggs were not eaten when she cleared the plate. I did not say anything.

Wilsonville location showing its age. The upholstery in the booth opposite us had a tear. The chicken strips were very dry and bland tasting.
