Did not have what I wanted: Strawberry Crepes Beverage (Pepsi) was not cold; not enough ice

I ordered lunch trio ... 1/2 sandwich was to be on toasted marbled rye. It was over toasted. dark brown in parts almost black...tasted burned. I sent the bread back keeping the inside items on my plate. The server returned with another slice of bread, cut in half, that was barely warm, not one crumb of toasting on it. That seems to me to be an attitude of pettiness on the part of the chef: "If you don't want it partly burned, you can have it non-toasted." I kept and ate it but I doubt I will return to this location.

It's not THIS Shari's, but the overall increase in prices at All Shari's, and the reduction of choices offered. Better prices should be offered to the seniors that eat at these various Sharis'.

With the new management they seem to run out of a lot of the food on the menu and it seems to happen a lot with the new management that I did not see with the past management. Still like to eat here because I like the servers that I have come to know.

slow to take order, food a little over cooked

On ordering tea, the cup and tea server should both be full of hot water.

You were out of an item I ordered but I only found out when a substituted item was served instead. The server did not notice until I pointed it out. She said she had entered the correct information but the cook substituted without her knowledge. I requested another item. Silverware was dirty. Salad was served before appetizer though we requested it be served first. The tomato soup was burned tasting. Server had to be reminded that pie was included with one order. It must have been an off night. This location is generally great.

My wife asked for HOT water but received Cold water. When asked for HOT water the second time it was forgotten. When asked for HOT water the third time it was quickly delivered (with an apology).

We got our food before my son did and it took a while and my soup was brought out last, but it was ok.
