Thirty minutes to be served, Food was luke warm, Coffee cups are too wide, coffee is cold after about four minutes, Order was incorrect (toast instead of english muffin), We were given wrong salescheck, Restaurant was extremely noisy, could hear every word from adjacent four booths, Serving stations are very noisy, plates make a loud noise when they are dropped in instead of being placed. At check-out the manager asked about our experience and I told him the above. He was very nice and adjusted our bill, even giving us a free pie. Don't know what you can do about the noise. We will return again and hopefully the noise level will be lower.

I've had your strawberry crepes in the past. You have replaced them with " cannoli " which I expected to be a close substitute, they are not, not even close. Never again.

We are frequent visitors and have never had to wait as long as this last time. We were seated right away and ordered right away. We had the lunch trio. We waited approximately 40 mins for the sandwich and quiche. I don't know if they were short some cooks or what. The waitress kept apologizing.

The red onions inside the beef stroganoff were totally raw. I like onions, but the texture and crunchiness and especially the intense burst of flavor of raw ones are not at all right for stroganoff or any similar dish. Cooked ones, sure. I assume this was a mistake and not in the recipe. No one would put raw onions in stroganoff.

It took 40 minutes to receive 2 orders of stuffed hashbrowns to go.

Went there hungover with my friends.

We ordered the New Years meal at 6:30pm but was told the baked potatoes weren't ready (they had just started and it would be a half hour or so before they were done)for a special that started at 4:00. The food was good but nothing special. When we ordered chocolate supreme pie for dessert they were out of it so I asked for chocolate cream but that was also unavailable. I was offered frozen slices we could take home but it turned out the only "chocholate" pie available was peanut butter chocolate and we ended up settling for something we didn't really want. Overall not our best experience at Sharis. If you advertise a special menu all the choices should be there.

on the tenth friend of mine was treated so bad she left. servers slow,asst.mgr just as bad. talk and laugh but leaves cust. hanging . so they left. I recieved a little better treatment but not much to day.poor mangerment both times. have had trouble hear before in past.

my wife and I ordered the fish dinner, I a large and she a small. All pieces of fish were considerably smaller than those shown in the menu. The small dinner actually had more fish in only 2 pieces than mine in 3. The large order pieces were about 40 to 50% the size of those shown in the menu and the small dinner about 85%. We did not discuss with the waitress as we left since we were on a tight schedule and did not know how long it would have taken to talk with a manager. Also the French fries, though tasty when very hot, because they had been in heat for a long time, judging by their appearance, were very dry inside and were not pleasant to eat when cooler.

When seated I waited several minutes for a drink. After I started watching the time, it was 8 minutes MORE before anyone was by to give me water. I finally "caught" the waitress's attention and then my water was delivered and order taken. When the food came (from another waitress), I had to ask for utensils . They were busy, but the way to clear tables is to serve those seated well. The service at this store has been in decline over the past several months.
