Shari's

It was midafternoon, between the lunch and dinner crowd. When I entered the front it was very quiet, and no staff members were visible After a couple of minutes a person at the other end of the restaurant (that I'd assumed was a customer in a booth) finally got up and strolled up to greet me. She was not friendly, but not unfriendly. She just didn't seem to care if I was greeted at all. She got me to a booth and, acting like it was a pain, she asked what I'd like to drink, and brought it to me in a timely manner, then disappeared. After a few more minutes another employee came to take my order. Lisa was pleasant, but detached. A third staff member brought my meal. The food was fine, but not one single person stopped to ask if everything was OK or to offer to refill my drink. As I was finishing my food another young lady asked if I'd like to have the drape raised for better lighting, which I refused, but asked her if I could get a to-go cup of iced tea. She brought me a plastic cup so that I could pour my now-ice-melted tea into it! I eat at Shari's in many different locations and have NEVER been given a plastic cup! Maybe their attitudes match the tired, unrefurbished store?

It took 20 minutes from the time I was seated for a member of the wait staff to ask me if I was ready to order. Additionally, I was not given an opportunity to order pie or another dessert before I was given the check.

The booth we were in was dirty, (had dirty silverware and food stuck to seats) our silverware was stained with dirt. The back of the booth had food and it smelled. The bathroom were dirty and had hardly any toilet paper and it looked like it wasn't cleaned. We were there early in the morning. We informed the waitress after visit due to her being to busy.

The food took a long time to arrive and when it did, my order was not accurate. I took the food anyway since I was so hungry and I picked out the ingredient that I asked them to not include. They must have switched the Hollandaise sauce for the eggs benedict because they always used to have a thick, classic sauce with a lot of flavor but this sauce was a different color (white instead of yellow) and it was watery and lacked flavor. It took forever for the waitress to bring our slices of pie and our check. The service was terrible.

Bavarian burger, 1 piece of pastrami, did not think I was going to get an inch high of meat but more than 1 piece, also 13 fries 10 2inches long 1 3inches long and shock 1 5inch long piece. should have gone to Red Robin bottomless fries. also was seated and ready before 3 other parties and had to wait to order after them.

Didn't get the cream for my tea until the tea was cold. My quiche was like cement on top, as if it had been sitting and drying out for a long time, then maybe microwaved to heat up the egg. We ordered sides of bacon and sausage. The sausage was great but we couldn't even eat the bacon because it was tougher than beef jerky and stone cold. Lastly, when children are at the table, questions should be addressed to THE ADULT please. I didn't want them to have refills of juice but the server asked an 8 year old instead of me.

Our server, Annie, made the overall experience extremely uncomfortable as she had an absolute lack of eye contact with us during our entire visit. The perception of Annie's demeanor was that she was very annoyed to have customers to wait on. Very poor experience due to this. I am glad she isn't a server at the Sharis we usually go to in our hometown, we stopped at the Wilsonville location simply because it was on the way home from Portland

I ordered online. Everything was fine until I got home to eat my food . My hot wings will cold on the inside and had many strands of hair in the to go container. Which disgusted me

Cold toast to the touch. undercooked eggs. Runny when ordered poached hard. Portion was not acceptable for the cost.

Waitress did not pay attention to us.
