The place was not clean. The foyer was dirty and the restrooms were even worse. Additionally I was going to order pie for desert but the server never asked us if we wanted anything. She dropped the check off very quickly. We even waited to see if she would come back but she never did. I did report this to the manager, and we decided to not have pie. To be honest it felt as though we weren't valued aa customers.

It took almost 30 minutes to get our food. The place was not busy and the second waitress that we had was very rude and acted like we were an imposition to her. The gentleman that helped us at the beginning of our meal was great.

Do you think this is a home depot? The first person who sees a person waiting to be seated should speak to that person, not avoid eye contact. 4 people did this. Servers should move with a sense of purpose. 1. Look at serving window take order to guest . 2. Check with guests on the way back to window. 3.once back at window check for food and repeat cycle. 4. Shift manager over sharing work issues with guests. During the week I have tried to get lunch here and have always taken too long and had to work over at the end of my day. I even sat at the counter and it did not help I just got to watch my food get cold. Send a secret shopper in for God's sake. You have to notice how bad your sales comps are.

We waited over 20 minutes to be seated. During that time, I could see a table that was unoccupied and had not been cleaned off for use by another customer. When we were finally seated I monitored the empty table and is set unattended for 50 minutes. During this time, there were a number of people waiting at the front door to be seated. If the person responsible for cleaning tables did not show up to work that morning, it seems the manager could have stepped up instead of having 15 or so people waiting to be seated. When I left my table to go to the restroom, I noticed there were several other tables that had not yet been cleaned for use by the next customer. This visit was a disaster for me and for others we spoke to while waiting at the front of the restaurant!

Restaurant was 1/3 full when we arrive approx. 9pm. We were seated in a timely manner considering there were going to be 8 in our party. Young man got our pops and waters right away. I asked for a pitcher of water and received it soon after. The food took 30 minutes. Some items had been in the pass thru long enough to dry and lose heat. Biscuit gravy was runny and the server, who I think was lead, offered substitute items. My wife ordered nachos with hamburger, it came cold with pulled pork. The lead server offered to re make. We didn't want to wait. When I paid the bill, the young man who seated us asked how everything was. I told him we were paying for poorly prepared food we waited too long to receive and part of it wasn't what we ordered. I said, I'm in customer retention and I won't go to shari's in Woodburn, top of hill Oregon City. Wilsonville and old OC store are it. This would be my last visit to Wilsonville. He said I was making it personal by complaining. He then charged me the wrong ticket. He said they were very busy. They did get a rush of customers right after us. They were not busy. The lead lady made no offer to reduce the bill.

The dining area was not clean. A lot of fingerprints on the dirty walls and nothing looked like it had been cleaned in a very long time. The food was not hot and did not taste fresh. It was the worst breakfast I have had at any restaurant and I am sorry to say I will never eat at Shari's again.

Food was cold, orders were wrong, and the toast was black it was so burnt. Our waitress left and no one came to check on us after; we wanted to order pie but didn't because of that.

Disappointed in Wilsonville

It was only 72 degrees outside but the restaurant had the AC blowing full force. It was freezing. Everyone was complaining and the hostess tried to turn the temp up but it didn't work. It shouldn't be so hard to fix this problem or make adjustments. She didn't try to turn it off completely. It wasn't needed for sure. Food was substandard this trip. We go to Shari's probably once or more a week, but am disappointed in the quality of some of the entres. My mother ordered the Rib Duo - the ribs had little or no meat and the sausage had been cooked & recooked and was tough. Throwing a lot of sauce on the ribs didn't made it any better. Sad commentary.

There were 4 of us celebrating a birthday. The waitress couldn't tell us about items on the menu. When our orders came, there were only 3. I took another 5 minutes or so for the last order to be served. 2 of the orders were merely warm and had to be sent back. Drinks were slow to be refilled although other servers walked past us without offering to help. And we had to wait quite a long time to get our bill, to the point that I was going to get up and go looking for our server.

Our waitress was a lady named Lisa. When we entered the restaurant my husband said we wanted a big table and started walking to one, this waitress in a very rude tone says "Well your suppose to wait and we are to take you to your table but it looks like he's gonna do what he wants to do"! I was shocked somebody who is suppose to have good customer skills would speak to us that way! But it didn't end there. When she finally came over to take our order my husband started to give his order, she stopped him and said your just gonna have to wait I'm gonna start over here first! And then she says he sure like to do things his way, but not here he doesn't! We were very close to getting up and walking out due to her RUDE behavior! We had to ask for refills and she acted like we were bothering her! I just don't understand how somebody like that still has a job waitressing! She just made our whole experience a nightmare!
