The greeter was behind he counter eating and talking with a customer and had to be told we were waiting. One of the forks on the table was dirty and the waitress never brought a new one. We had to ask for a coffee carafe. Another customer waited for a good ten minutes to cash a lottery ticket and coffee. The overall service by the waitress was poor.

We sat next to "regulars" and it felt like they got more attention than me and my wife. We were never asked to refill our drinks, and I asked for Tabasco sauce for my omelet but it never came. We never got the service I had expected. Our waitress, Mary, was never inviting because her focus was on the regulars behind us, heck even the manager came by to greet them. Now the food. The last time my wife and I went to get breakfast we went out to Biscuita here in Wilsonville and got a lot more food for less price. I order and omelet and was disappointed that it was a small portion where at Biscuits it was stuffed with bacon, ham, sausage and had more eggs. My wife had the canolli which was under cooked pancakes because it was doughy, folded with a small amount of filling. We don't get out often, and was upset that our experience at Sharis was subpar. We have frequented this location on average twice a month for the past 2 1/2 yrs. Last night, we received the most horrible service I've ever experienced in a restaurant anywhere, ever! We arrived shortly before 10 p.m., the waiter was slow to check on us, though the place was slow. We were told there was no soup, he seemed unfamiliar with the menu when we we were ordering. He never came back with the drink order and we next were able to see him when the first of the 5 menu items ordered arrived 40 min later. The meals came out staggered over a 30 min per. The grilled cheese was something else entirely, the stuffed hash browns were missing half the ingredients, the caprese salad had no greens and we never received the check at all. There were also strange guests who seemed to be wandering in and out of the store to smoke and use the restroom who were helping themselves to the coffee on their own. It was the most bizarre dining experience I've ever had, and it was not a positive one. This was very disappointing. We saw other guests arrive and leave from lack of service as well. I'm not confident I'll return, and I live in Wilsonville.

Prime Rib friday night. When we got there we were surprised that they still had some left, however it was pretty clear that it had been sitting out. The meat was cold, the potatoes were cold, onion rings were cold. The only hot thing was the french fries. "Herb crusted" was not accurate at all, rather a pile of seasonings on one side of the slice, compared to other Sharis locations where it is actually around the outside of the meat. It was overcooked with a gummy dry texture, flavorless, and overall not appealing. Beyond that, service was pour, too much time from being seated to actually being greeted by our waitress, then another 7 minutes for drinks to arrive, and another 12-15 minutes to take our order. The food did come out fast, which is understandable given that it had been sitting out. Overall, the worst Sharis experience we have had.

Did my order on line picked food up and took home. I ordered two biscuits and gravy meals and there was hardly any Gravy it was so bad we dint even eat the biscuits in ether meal and then trying to find a phone number that worked to call that worked not happening the one listed on you web site didn't work so I fell like I just wasted 20 bucks on 4 dry biscuits
