GREAT FOOD, GREAT PRICE. HAD A PIE SHAKE, DELICIOUS!!!

The pot roast was amazing, and the waitress was friendly. I loved the tatertots that they provided for me.

We were celebrating my birthday and took advantage of a coupon for a filet dinner, which was delicious. I had already gotten my piece if pie when we were there on Sunday. So I ordered another dessert. They gave it to me for my birthday. What a surprise! Thank you Shari’s

Management manners

We always enjoy eating at Shari's...good food and good service.

Great value of food quantity and quality for the price. Servers were friendly and attentive. Store personnel were always cleaning in a non-intrusive and safe (mopping the floor with signs out) way. Some minor confusion on our order resulted in a little bit of delay in receiving our food that reduced the rating of some items from Highly Satisfied to Satisfied. Not a big deal.

The food was excellent - crisp cucumbers, lettuce in salad, meat not overdone, vegetables cooked just right, baked potatoes fresh and hot. We came on Wednesday and had the pie and all members of the party were satisfied. The excellent service and hospitality by Heather B took the experience to the next level. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves as it was a graduation celebration. We had 15 in our party and because of her excellent service, we all were able to eat together at the same time. I have had less than satisfactory experiences at the Shari's in Tacoma and in King County area (don't remember the location) so I rarely frequent this establishment and it has been years since I have been in because of the experience. This experience has made me reconsider.

I now understand when I used to comment to my husband that all 'older people' dine there. Well, guess what? I am now one of them. The selection is good for both of us and definitely alot more convenient than having to buy food to make our choices at home. The only problem that I have had at SHARI'S is that the temperature of the food was not what it should of been. Luke warm for breakfast or a hot sandwich is not preferred. It was not at this particular date but it was twice before. I mentioned it to a server. We think that the food is ready and put under the heat lamp and does not get picked up by the server in an allowable time.

We visit this Sharis twice a week on average. The staff and food are rarely poor.

Good food,good value, friendly staff and pie to take home. What's there not to like!
