Shari's

We go to this Shari's frequently. It seems like they have good staff retention because we see often have the same wait staff and manager. They are competent and friendly and provide excellent customer service.

The server gave a free refill thrice in this stormy weather and it helped me brighten my day! Thank you! :)

The food was great, the server (Charlotte) was very nice and attentive, fast service and satisfying after an 11 hour shift at work

Our waitress Megan was very nice and even though problems occurred with our order and she was very friendly and nice and was great help when we asked many of our questions.

Seated quickly, friendly service, good food, server was attentive. The only thing that was not excellent, I had to wait a few minutes at register to pay.

My server was very attentive and knowledgeable. Always made sure that my coffee was hot and always checked to see if I needed anything.

She did not talk too much too little and took very good care and also served well
