Lisa in particular, at the East Vancouver, Wa location, is always attentive, very pleasant, and offers fantastic service overall. The food preparation (taste and texture) is excellent as is the food presentation. All the staff we encounter when dining at Shari's are among the best we have found in any restaurant, including Lawry's in L.A. and Holland America cruise lines. Whatever management is doing, we encourage you to keep doing in order to keep your front line people happy. We always look forward to visiting Shari's and do so as often as our budget allows.

Everyone at this SHARIS, is always very pleasant and friendly. I've never had any problems with them.

Great service

Shari's is home away from home, only better. And best yet, we do not have to do the dishes. :-)

Hannah our server was excellent. She was very knowledgeable regarding our questions about the menu. She was consistently checking back to see how things were going. My ice tea glass was constantly refilled. When the sun became an issue for us and we decided to move mid-meal, she acted as though there was no inconvenience at all. I would like to say that Hannah has the qualities and skill of a first class server. I would recommend her to any restaurant.
