We have eaten at this Shari's for many years... The help is always pleasant and we know them by name. They know what we usually eat and how it is cooked to our satisfaction.

Our server, Valene, was just wonderful.... I'm a picky eater and she had no problems with having my meal set up exactly as I wanted. Definitely an asset to your company. She checked on us a couple of times and made sure our drinks were full. And she always had a smile. Truly a great representative for your restaurant...

the waitresses are great, set-up is good for private conversations. A very comfortable place to meet know that we won't be neglected

Staff was very friendly

There is a new manager. The restaurant is cleaner. Employees are friendly and appear to be happy at work. We have been coming to this Sharis for 2 years regularly for weekend breakfasts. We see a difference recently.
