Shari's

I ordered a chicken salad sandwich. When it arrived, the bread was stale & dried out. The manager said that sometimes when the sandwich is put under the heat light, it will dry the bread out. This was a cold sandwich and there was NO reason for it to be under a heat light. Our server Karolyn did a very good job.

My hash browns were over cooked. The price of coffee is ridiculous.

I guess we like our food hotter than they can get it out!

The employees at this location are not friendly..last time I ate in...we waited 30 minutes with dirty plates to get our check while waitress was in lobby visiting with people...didnt refill my coffee or check on us and didnt apply a discount I had on my Shari's card, and never told me she didnt-I saw it when I looked at the receipt later. There is another Sharis nearby, so they should try to be nicer. Today my takeout food was good, but same indifferent attitude by employees when I came in to pick up..they took turns avoiding helping me at the counter...look, look away, look, look away,etc.

They took forever to seat us. In addition, it was about 30 minutes before we got to order. It seemed like we were the last priority.

greeter did not seem like she was happy to be there, extra plate did not arrive,took to long to pay bill.

I like Sharis and am a repeat customer. This time my pancakes were not hot enough. I put butter on them as soon as I got them and it did not melt; they were not hot enough to melt butter. I thought about sending them back to have them zapped in the microwave; but I didn't. Our serving person was good; the only thing was that it took her too long to take our orders. We were just talking about paying for our coffee and leaving when she came over to take them. After that she was fine.

I ordered the patty melt and it was ka bit gooey, had thousand island dressing that is not my norm and had the onions hanging our of the edged. Just sloppy to hold and et as a sandwich, I used a knife and fork at he end

Like other times we were greater and seated very well with questions like "what would you like to drink?" We got nothing and Adam came and did berry well!!!

I wish you would serve better quality of good, such ss free range eggs, humanely raised animals
