Shari's

We were very satisfied.

We love Sharis and eat there a couple times a week. This is the first time that my meal was not hot. It just wasn't up to its usual standard. I did not want to complain because I thought it was just a one time fluke.

We go to this restaurant most every Wednesday for pie night between 4 and 5 pm. We order decaf coffee and just about every time the coffee is warm, not hot in the carafe that is brought to our table. Yes, we have mentioned cold coffee and they will brew a fresh pot, but it seems like we should not have to suggest that. Their regular coffee is always hot. Tonight, 12/11, about the same time 4:30 pm, the coffee was not very hot. The food is great, but we are thinking about going to some other place that has hotter decaf coffee.

I received a dirty coffee cup. But all in all a decent diner.

Experience of Waiter was somewhat lacking. No big problem.

We usually are highly satisfied but this time my seafood platter had fish and shrimp that was very brown, close to burnt.

Our waitress was extremely pleasant, over the top with happiness and menu knowledge! Valerie presented the plates in a courteous manner to us two. The reason was definitely not our waitress but the structures exterior and landscaping should include flowers for Fall Season.

Service person not well trained and slow. Not very attentive to the customer.

We eat at this Shari's the most and others at random. We know the help and like them all and their attentiveness. We have tried pancakes at Denny's and their flavor is great. Do you think you would like to try and make them with vanilla flavor and buttermilk? We ate them at Shari's and don't taste as good!

Seat was not clean, had to wipe it off before sitting down; confusion about getting us seated; took a long time before greeter figured out that it was our turn.
