The older lady manager at this Shari's is terrible. She needs to learn how to greet (within 30 secs) and seat people, within at the very least 2 mins of greeting them. She will continue to do whatever she is doing before coming to seat customers. About 3 weeks ago after waiting 10 mins to be seated, then once seated another 5 mins to get water. The sad part about it they were not busy. Now at this visit just about the same thing. She was training someone at the register while mulitiple familes waited to be seated. A hostess sat us down and I told her to let our server know we were in a hurry. Thank God Stephanie our server was attentive and fast. Our daughter was in a basketball tournament just down the street and we had about 30 mins to order, eat our food, and drive back to the high school. If it wasn't for Stephanie we would have never made it with that manager.

The meal was burgers . The sides were warm like they were prepared and waiting for the burgers to finish. We ordered onion rings at a extra charge to go with and they were not hot out of the fryer like we expected.

The manager seemed to have a blase attitude. He nodded at my wife and I but there was not a smile. We felt like just another person to take care of instead of being welcomed. We have been coming to Shari's for years and will continue to frequent your establishment, but a smile goes a long way.

I ordered the turkey hot sandwich...turkey was dry and looked lousy....this is the second time that I have ordered this sandwich....and both times the taste and appearance is very different then in the past...I will not order this meal from now on....we have always eaten at the Orchards location.and they are superb for service and the food...we just recently moved and are closer to the Fisher's landing location..the atmosphere at this location is certainly different...we will probably start going to another restaurant in this location...since thee are certainly many to choose from...I have tried to find my Shari's card online but am also having some difficulty...the server yesterday after many attempts ?? found my account and said I have $20.00 in the account...I sure hope I do not loose this money

Only one thing nothing to do with the store or the people my case was the steak salad was not prepared right maybe its how they were told which needs a change promptly (sorry) but would improve it much better from a salad eating person, To Start with everything Shari's serves steak with even other eateries, be great you had a fold in the menu in color the way steaks are cooked so the customer, can choose the way they like theirs cooked not just have to try and say how,) so as with that salad them sauteed onions need be on the side not in the salad they made it taste bad with the dressing, plus as a few years ago Shari's done this salad with the steak cook as the customers asked but it was cut into cubes in the salad with a few more tomatoes Will look for this change soon thanks.

We dined at Shari's during the Surf and Turf promotion on Valentines Day. My husband's steak was not prepared as to his specifications. Our server replaced the steak to our satisfaction and gave us our coffees with dessert. Excellent service by Matt, friendly, smiling throughout our dinner and remedying the problem without hesitation.

My seat was located such that I could view the server's station. I noticed what appeared to be an accumulation of litter in the corner on the floor under the cabinet that contained the trash receptacle. I observed that the servers took very good care of the surface of the station but below it wasn't very appetizing. I was hesitant to say anything at the time but I was thinking a health inspector would likely call an issue like this to someone's attention. We like going to Sheris. It's our go to restaurant when we want a good meal at a reasonable price. Details like clean corners are important to us though and the manager should insist on cleanliness.

Wed. night free pie night and under staffed. Waited 30 minutes to be seated. Waited another 30 minutes before getting our food - by then the food was cool. My blood sugar level got too low. Most of our experience has been good at Shari's.
