As I mentioned twice already. New cook (4 Months) was having some problems getting up to speed. On duty manager, dawned his apron and helped in kitchen. Very Cool. We eat at this location quite often and NEVER had any problems that were of any consequence or bother. I tend to order the same thing or change some items, always in the breakfast menu. (I like my breakfasts). The FIRST time I decide to try something different, i.e; Cinnamon Roll FrenchToast. It was obvious within 20 seconds that this was burnt as black as the night. Of course, I summoned our server and he was very sorry and we joked a little about cooking on Christmas Eve. I asked and was given an order of regular French Toast instead. All was fixed.

The decaf. coffee was bitter and the water for hot tea was luke warm w/1/2 a cup of water.

The cost of the pie for what you get is a little outlandish. However Shari's is the only place we purchase pies and the only place we trust with a pie. We got one earlier in the week and the meringue was stiff so we knew it was not fresh. Today's pie although it was a day old pie was much fresher.

We visit Shari's often. Grandkids taken on this trip. They like the kids menus. We like the healthier food and good selection.

the last two time we where there the avocado on the spring omelette looked old and had black spots.was not edible.

We like Sharis but the kitchen is slow. The food is good, but sometimes it is not immediately served; therefore food not hot off the grill! We usually go for breakfast and warmth of food extremely important. We let it go because the taste is good.

The server who delivered our meals was not the server who took our order. The latter server did not deliver The complete meal. I asked for the roll and butter that came with the meal and steak sauce. He said "right away". He then became distracted with a phone-in order and forgot to deliver the items. After a bit I got his attention again and he brought the items. As we finished our meal, the original server, Valorie, returned and we chatted casually with her. We left a 20% tip, as usual. We don't consider this a serious issue. We will return.
