I went to have a birthday dinner for friend and to get free birthday pie...Friend Ordered birthday pie. Then I was asked what kind of pie I wanted, I said none then was told it was Wednesday free pie with dinner day. I then said ok bring me pie. Friend got birthday pie I got free pie. Then when I went to pay, I was charged for friends free pie... mine was still free(because it was Wednesday), I said what... Then was told only one free pie at a visit....Then that my friend had all month to use his free pie deal... If I had been told that I wouldn't of got free pie, Because I really didn't want it. Then was told computer would only give 1 free pie.....Thats crazy, I paid my bill, not happy about rules.....The bill is just a total so I can't prove the whole thing. That means in order for my friend to get his free pie I have to go again and order more food. I am on a fixed income and have limited funds. This was to be a special occasion for me and my friend instead it became an unhappy time.

upon check-out I did not immediately mention that I had a Sharis card...when I told the check out person..she said "I will have to get my manager to take care of this" of course there where people waiting to check out behind me...so I lost the points for this visit $26.30 so what can I do to regain these points ??

We had to wait for almost 45 minutes for our food, because they were taking care of UBER orders. This is stupid. Get more staff or at least prepare the food in order of the orders turned in, instead of doing Uber first all the time. You are going to lose customers doing it like they did last night. We like to go to Shari's, but if you are going to continue that pattern, I think will go somewhere else.

There are meny Seniors and Veterans that come in to eat at Shari's 2 to 5 times a month and more I bring my Wife and Family in at least 6 times a month and have for the past 7 years since we moved here. I also have a Cafe Card and have found that eating at Shari's isn't resonable and enjoyable anymore. I feel the community service has dropped very low.

I have always gone to this Shari's since it opened and will. However this time there were a few problems. The coffee serving container was covered with some type of gunk ne could scratch off and the pouring spout had layers of old coffee on it. The salads were wonderful!! Except for the toasted bread on the avocado one. Two pieces wee lovely and two had black marks and no brown (was told that comes from the Grill. Then I ordered my "birthday pie" (coconut cream) and it was frozen!! Couldn't cut it, so waitress tried to soften it in the microwave oven, but all it did was make the cream run all over. The Manager did not charge me for it so I'll try again.

We were seated immediately and got our drinks. It took the server almost 15 minutes to come take our order. It took another 25 minutes to get our food. The restaurant wasn't that busy. Didn't see the server again until we got our check, which was well after we all finished our meal. Hannah needs to pick up the pace. The hostess had to track her down so we could order. Difficult meal with two youngsters ages 6 and 8. They got bored long before the food finally arrived.

I ordered the prime rib stroganoff and when it came to the table it was less than warm. My husband and I ordered coffee and asked for cream. It took asking another waitress for the cream who also forgot and our waitress another time and it still didn't come right away. Probably close to 15 minutes.

The eggs in the omelet had a texture more like a pancake mix than an omelet and the cheddar cheese filling was still in shreds; it had not melted at all. The veggies were clean and fresh but had no flavor. The hash brown potatoes were crispy only on one side and the rest was somewhat soggy. The sourdough toast was buttered in a small center circle, leaving about 80% of the bread dry. Appearance was delightfully deceiving when the plate arrived - lovely plating of the food. Our server was warm, friendly and courteous but after leaving the menus and our coffees, we waited about ten minutes for her to return to take our orders, although we there was only one other table with customers.
