Not great

We were on a time limit, we gave ourselves plenty of time, slow getting our orders taken, slow in Receiving our food, slow on getting our check

They seemed understaffed from cooks to waitresses! We were seated around 5:00 p m and didn’t leave till after 7:00 p m..once they took food order it was 45 minutes before it was served. It seemed mine was under heat lamp or whatever and was dried out! I felt for waitress as she seemed to be stressed for area she had to serve!

This was Sunday night, 5:30 pm. They were very understaffed with only one cook and very few wait staff. It took 25 minutes to take our order, another 15 min to get our soup, which I was then informed they were out of the soup I ordered and no more was to be prepared. the 2 other people in our party got there soup, so I asked if I could get some of that soup and was informed that they got the last two cups of that soup and there was no more. The main meals came after about 15 min and some question of who got what. We got that sorted out but had to ask for butter for the rolls. Food was good and it was hot. Just took way to long to get dinner

The augu for the French dips was absolutely tasteless!! The bread was tough

I ordered the special of soup, cheese sandwich and pie as I have a number of times. The soup and pie were just fine, but not the cheese sandwich! It was made on a small piece of bread with not much cheese. It's supposed to be made of 3 cheeses also and I doubt it was. In the past, the grilled cheese sandwich was made with a larger piece of bread and "lots" of cheese; this time not! I think the problem is with the cook, so hopefully when I order it again, this cook will not be there.

Waitress stood by visiting with another customer for a lengthy amount of time. Other patrons were waiting to place their order as well. During our dining experience the waitress never came by to ask what we wanted to drink, never came by to ask if everything was okay with our order. It wasn't until we were finished that she offered us pie and left us the check. The restaurant was not busy during the time we were there.

Went to Shari's on a Wed to eat dinner and get free pie. There was 2 of us and we were there at approx. 3:45 pm in the afternoon. Upon ordering the pie after our dinner was told we had to order it at 4pm and after. I was extremely disappointed and told the waitress I did not see that time frame on the ad. So I won't be back for awhile. Even if it was 4pm........the time was close enough as far as I was concerned. I frequent Shari's a lot but having second thoughts.

No oatmeal. Said they forgot to order. Store across street caries same brand Shari's cooks. Bad business

Talked to the Mgr. (male) several months ago about the ladies toilet seat falling off, he barely acknowledged me and no surprise...it is still broken and almost falling off! Waitress Lorie continually slammed dishes into the bin right by our table, very annoying! Restaurant looks very tired and beat up and quite frankly something seems "off" there, we have been going there 10 years and always enjoyed it, but a change in management or something there is not doing the job that used to be done there!
