I purchased a Lemon Sour Cream Pie. The pie did not seem fresh; the custard had cracks and the whipping cream was somewhat hard and not soft like whipping cream should be. Several months ago, I purchased the same type of pie and the whipping cream was very hard as if the pie was very old. Both times I took the pie back for an exchange; the exchanged pie was perfect. Please tell the reason the two pies I mentioned were defective.

Waited 15+ minutes after ordering to find out my choice or entree was unavailable. Very disappointed to have to order something else although the taste was fine we had to wait another 10+ minutes to get my second choice. All I got was excuses.

I asked for a medium well done steak, it was over cooked the onion rings were a dark brown from being over cooked. I will never recommend to any one to order a steak from sheri's. there needs to be more pride in what the cooks prepare in the kitchen. not just throw something on a plate and send it out to the customers, no matter what it looks like. The steak was so dry that even my dogs could not eat it until I cut it into small pieces for them. Yes I fed it to my dogs it was to dry for me.there has to be an attitude change in sheri's kitchen or your customers are going to far and few between. enough said

My son ordered Chicken fried Steak breakfast. His biscuts were cold .His scrambled eggs were cold also. I ordered the Chicken fried Steak Dinner. The chicken fried steak was pretty good and hot. But, the gravy had obviously been sitting around a while.Our drinks were empty and not refilled. The waitress was MIA. In fact the Manager finally brought out our order after asking the cook " Why had this order been sitting here so long ?'"We had to ask him for more drinks.That was after they had been empty for 20 minutes. I was supposed to get a dinner roll with my dinner and I never even got that. The waitress never checked on us. And we had to hunt her down to get our check. When you go to a big chain like Shari's you expect a certain level of excellence , no matter what store you visit. Deffinately not the case here!

I ordered biskets and gravy . the gravy was little more than colored water and was cold, I ask for an additional serving of gravy and was given the same watered down sorry excuse for gravy. The rest of the meal was not up to the high standard I have come to expect at other Sharis. The hash browns were cold, the egg and bacon were okay.

I had the cod and shrimp dinner and the shrimp were over cooked they were a real dark brown and the cod coating was not cooked completely through.

took too long to get our food, then it was cold. It took awhile for the waitress to come back to see how we were doing and when she did, she took care of the problem with complete satisfaction.

ordered the pork fajitas no pork in the wrap...told both the waitress and the manager...thought there would be an adjustment to my $11.99 meal none..."gee really thats to bad" is that the way a manager should respond ??

Server did not even say hello to us. It took 18 minutes for water to arrive, and another 28 minutes for soup to arrive. By this time all 3 of our waters were empty, refills were not offered. The restaurant was NOT busy. When my prime rib dip arrived, it came without au jus. I asked for it, it was brought. The sandwich was the blandest, most tasteless sandwich I have EVER had. There was no sauce, no seasoning, it was truly not good. This is a menu item I order frequently here so I feel I am judging accurately. By the time we ate the server still had not returned so we made our way up to the register without the bill.

We were Highly Satisfied with the waitress, her service and friendliness. The food was great and at a great value. She went above and beyond to meet our requests.
