Our Server Sara W was amazing completley attentive even though she was slammed taking care of 4 tables and Uber eats drivers by herself because her manager was being incredibly rude to the other staff cursing at them, telling them they're stupid. Not to mention she did't help Sara AT ALL the entire 1 1/2 hours that we were there. Sara was swamped and Carrie Jo (Who's name I didn't know until I asked Sara because she wasn't wearing a name badge) did NOTHING she stood at the counter yelling at the cooks because they weren't moving fast enough she was talking down to customers telling them to "Sit down and be patient" I was completely blown away that she would talk to her staff and her customers in such a terrible manor. I will never set foot back in that restaurant as long as that so called manager is employed by you.

We are part of a group of 8-9 that dine out every Wed evening.there was a large crowd waiting in the inside and outside lobby, you were very understaffed, it took overly long to get our food. a lot of the food was almost cold, meat servings were dry, gravy was cold, there were problems at check out, many people waiting in lobby while you had lots of empty tables. we asked for the manager to express our complaint, not available, would not give us his phone number, the wait help was working hard, trying hard but you were very short staffed. your staff was overwhelmed but didn't seem to have any solution. It took over two hours from the time we got in till we finally left. Unless something is done to comp us we will never be back and will tell everyone what an bad experience we had.

This was the first time I have ever had a problem at my local Shari's. However, this will be the last time that I dine there. I ordered the prime rib and was pleasantly surprised with the speed of delivery. I began to eat and found that the hottest item on the plate was the onion rings that nearly burned my mouth. Pleased at the promise of a hot steak I bit into my prime rib and was disappointed to find that the prime rib was cold. Not warm but cold, room temperature cold. I was so displeased that I didn't even finish the prime rib. I would have spoken to a manager but I was very put off by the complacency involved in serving room temperature beef.

Thought my receipt shows Crystal M as my cashier, she did not ring us out. The gents.emen who did was wearing dress slacks and a nice button down shirt. We did not received napkins, or silverware or the sauce for our food that we as,ed for. We waited 10 minutes for the sauces and proceeded to eat our food. The food was cold and gawd no flavor. We had no napkins to wipe our hands off with and had to take from another table. We did not receive our check as the guy only cane to the table for our order and dropping off the food. I thought my local Sheri's was terrible, but this location at #224 fishers landing was the worst experience to begin our 5 year anniversary. I will not go back to a Sheri's.

Food was so cold. Husband did not eat his. When we tried to talk to manager she was rude and took off $2!!! We are regulars! Will be going to another place from now on. The server was nice. When we talked to the manager about the food she blamed the server.

Had to go find a server to take our drink order after waiting 15 minutes. Then we had no silverware, then wasnt offered a booster or high chair so I went looking for one after 10-15 minutes and couldnt find one so spent my time chasing my grandson around trying to keep him still.

We are a part of a group of seniors and veterns that have been going to this local for at least 8 years. We are always satified with with the fool and your great help staff. We have continued to support your busess because of you service and staff but also for the additional discount we get as veterns. Last night we were told that Corp has made the decisrtion to stop all discounts for vets. If you are no longer going to sujpport our countryh and our vets we will no longer support your business. It might be a good idea for you to reconsider. Our group includes 9-11 people every week and many of us come for breakfast after church on Sunday. Please advice if you are going to reconsider your disgraceful decision. Earle Putnam 360/635-8476

My steak was brought to me over cooked, I wanted it it as rare as possible. I asked for no cheese on my salad and it came to me covered in it.

Took 10 minutes to be greeted and seated while there was no one in the front. We were seated took about 10-15minutes for our order to be taken. Then after 30 minutes of waiting for our food the night time manager comes over and informs me that my order could not be completed because they are out of the Picnick Basket Riblets. Asks me what else I would like I point to the menu with steak and shrimp scampi. Another 25 minutus goes by and we get our food. I ordered stuffed hash browns and water melon with my picnic basket Riblets and a side of 2 eggs. When my food was brought out I received the smallest steak I have ever seen it was as thick as a card board box and about the size of my palm. My eggs were brought out 3-4 minutes later and there was no shrimp with my steak. pointed it out to the waitress that I ordered shrimp also and she got an attitude that she was not the one who took my order. So the order for the shrimp was placed. Basically it was a big mess. I am a frequent visitor of the sharis at Delta Park in Portland Oregon. Very disappointed in this experience.
