I asked for a microwave in my room when I checked in and the guy handed me a microwave to carry to my room. To me that was not very customer service and then my tv wouldn't work so he told me I could change rooms. Again really no customer service. I think he should have just switched tv from another room but no I had to pack all my stuff up and move to other room. Very disappointing with my service
