Great experience

I tried using the website, got to the appointment and it did not show. I was told I should use the app because the website is not reliable. I am also very confused about services vs credits. Can points be used for a free facial or only addon services? Can points be used for products? Associates are very professional, but the system is a bit confusing. I also did not realize I get more points for booking in person.
