I absolutely love Jade she is the best. She applies good pressure and is always friendly. The receptionists could use a little over all but other than that absolutely lovely.

Amazing staff and service

The staff are always friendly and helpful every time I come in. I have been going to Evanne for some time now and she never fails to make the experience fantastic. I came to her with some troubles with my skin and she’s been able to help me figure out my skin routine in a way that makes sense to my needs and skincare goals.

I was extremely impressed with Gabby, she was warm, friendly and quite knowledgeable. I’ve already recommended Hand and Stone to a few friends!!

The format of the membership is ideal and at a good price point. The staff is super friendly and fun to chat with before and after. The esthetician is well versed in skin care, attentive, and accommodating. And of course, the coconut and watermelon waters!

The app doesn’t allow you to book 90 minute massage appointments, you can only book 60 minutes and then you have to call and change it to 90 minutes. I specifically choose the app to book my appointments because you get extra rewards points when you book through the app.

Lauren at the Addison location is by far, the best massage therapist I've had! If I could afford to have a massage daily, I'd ask for her. I recommended Lauren to a friend of mine, Kamini Pather, and she also told me how amazing Lauren was. The staff at the reception desk are friendly and welcoming. The spa seems clean and organized each time I go there.
