Everyone is nice and welcoming. The only thing I do not care for is the fact that I have to fill out the same exact forms each time. That is a waste of time.

This was my second time at Hand and Stone Addison. I came for a Swedish massage. Ginnie my masseuse was fantastic.

It is always a pleasure to visit your spa and the staff are always so pleasant and professional. I LOVE my time with Chris! He is the perfect massage therapist for me. He is careful to address my needs and concerns, makes me feel comfortable and welcome. I have been most please with each and every visit and service I've had at your store. Thank you!

Service is always fast and convenient. I also enjoy how close this location is to my apartment. I used to be a member with elements massage but I definitely prefer hand and stone now.

I have visited with a friend several times and am always impressed by the quality of the massage therapists. This time in particular Chris was excellent--knowledgeable, friendly but down to business, and used the exact pressure I had requested. He also gave me information he found based on his massage that I will be able to focus on going forward.
