The spa was incredibly cold and it made it very hard to relax especially because the heater was broken on the bed used for my facial. The service provider did provide another blanket when I requested it but I literally shivered through the entire appointment. Also, compared to other facials I've had at this location I was somewhat unhappy with the service. It seemed like a very basic experience in comparison, I didnt feel pampered which I definitely do with the other service provider I've seen at this location. When I complained about the temperature during both of my appointments (facial and massage) I received a $20 discount which really didn't seem like much considering how much I had just spent especially on an upgraded facial.

Nikki is a great esthetician. She has good knowledge of the skin. She is friendly and personable.

I told my therapist about a previous injury I had. She gave me tips on how to get this resolved.

Everyone was nice. The massage therapist was great. My neck feels better after the session. music was healing.

Staff was friendly and kept asking if I need anything. I like how they ask if I need any water and they also informed me about all the options I had.

My massage was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing and why. Very attentive and very professional. Will definitely all for Jake again

Lauren was an excellent. The front desk staff were all really nice. Online booking does not always work but that is for all locations.

I have been getting massages from Lauren since I came back from being away because of Covid. Lauren always manages to do a great job on the sore spots.
