Janita demonstrated some stretches to do at home to help with some problem areas. She does a fantastic foot massage! She is always pleasant and knowledgeable.

It really worked better to schedule on the phone. I wish the phone number were displayed on the website. I was not a first time customer but also was not a member so the online check-in was confusing.

I've been going to the location in Addison for a few months now, and I have been pleased each time. The receptionists are always nice, asking how I'm doing and offering fruit and coconut water. Finally, my massage therapist (Anna) is very knowledgeable, and she gives tips on how to better take care of my body after each session.

Rachael is great at her job… She is professional and caring… My skin looks amazing when I am done With my facial… Reception area is welcoming and the staff always helpful

Everything was good, except for the temperature in the treatment room. It was too warm both this visit and in May. I understand the building has had air conditioning problems.

I needed to book a same day appointment and the ease of online booking was helpful. I did not have a preference of a therapist and am very satisfied with the one I was booked with. She was calming, professional, and really listened to my concerns and my body's response to her work.

The service and attention from staff is 5 stars across the board. I was able to come in and relax and leave stress free.
