Was explained I get a massage or facial each month. No one told me u up charge for facials. I paid an extra $90 I was not expecting. I hate this type of “gotcha” and evening though esthetician did a great job on my skin. I was not happy about the upcharge. I will likely not get a facial there again

I just love how I can call the day of and they can get me in and relax me during this stressful time. Ever since I have lost my job because the COVID shutting and closing down businesses I have been feeling very tense and up tight. But whenever I feel 100 times better.

I visited for a sports massage and facial. My massage therapist ( Denida) asked me a few questions and determined that I did not need a sports massage but a deep tissue- and boy did she work me over- but I really needed it and have felt a lot of muscle relief. Afterwards I was able to relax with Alexandria who is hilarious and gave me an awesome microdermabrasion infusion treatment and my skin looks amazing.

Get rid of the funky non-relaxing music and substitute some Navajo flute music or something much more soothing and relaxing. Your music is very poor. You can do MUCH better. Address this!
