Hand and Stone

We (my sister and I) were looking for some place to get massages for three people (my niece joined us) and this location was about half way between us. We were trying to celebrate my niece's birthday (in the time of COVID-19) and the staff were very supportive helping us make this a memorable experience for us. While we were very pleased with the spa, because it is not close to any of us, we will probably not go back to this spa. However, we are very open to going to other Hand and Stone Spas nearer where we live.

The store was in great shape.. Very friendly employees.. Very good ambient vibe and relaxing store. Elevator music throughout the store was just a little too loud. Only negative thing.

Trish is amazing and after the first visit I felt 100% better. She listened to me and gave me helpful suggestions to help me in the long run.

Jade did an amazing job and I was able to get in a last minute appointment. The receptionist even noticed on my app that the next day was my bday and made sure to tell me happy bday and offer $10 off. Great experience all around

The staff and ambiance were great. Alexis always helps alleviate my trigger points and back pain. She even helps explain why I have pain, how to mitigate it at home, and how to stretch correctly. I always have a great massage and leave feeling better and relaxed.
