The massage therapist, Cory, has an amazing technique! He’s truly gifted in this skill. I’m so glad I found him and am really enjoying my membership so far!

The complete picture/experience of Hand and Stone is first rate, from the receptionist personnel, to the contemplative atmosphere, to the professionals who provide the services. I have recommended Hand and Stone to other. The entire personnel work hard - and have succeeded - in making genuine connections with their clients. Bravo!

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the facial for a chain type day spa. The esthetician was very experienced and the products did not irritate my very sensitive skin. The facial was also very relaxing. The other comment I would make is that the addition of a hand massage would’ve been a nice touch.

Very happy with the massage therapists I use (Pil or LiLing. Both are wonderful. Only disappointment is hard to schedule an appointment that is not at least a month out, especially since Pil has been out of the country.

I have been Highly Satisfied with the massage therapists as well as the receptionists working at Hand and Stone. They are all friendly, helpful and my appointments are always on time. My massages are therapeutically very helpful.

Great, first visit. Front desk staff were fun and personable. Massage was given by Latoya (sp). She was great.
