The staff was very friendly and knowledgable. They allowed me the opportunity to ask questions and did not seem bothered by my lack of knowledge about skin care. Pointers and tips were given and well received!

Therapist listens well. Therapist explains what they are doing. Therapist applies different techniques as they see fit to address issues.

My esthetician was the best I’ve ever had! She was so calm, so nice, and so knowledgeable. She made me feel relaxed and at ease, which also being very knowledgeable about her craft and asking great questions to get to know me and my skin. She recommended services and products while always explaining her rationale and made me feel very comfortable throughout, like she had my best interests truly in mind.

My therapist technique is quite good. She is knowledgeable, skilled and intuitive. The front desk staff is super friendly and helpful. I hope that the therapists are paid well. I have been a member for a few years and every time I find a therapist that I really like, they leave. One of them told me that she wasn’t paid enough.
