Desiree is always intuitive to my needs. My massage was very relaxing with the perfect amount of pressure.

The massage was great. I like the deep massage that desiree provided. Am visually imparied; some of the iPad forms are difficult to navigate.

Michelle is a very skilled esthetician. I trust her judgment and find the time I spend with her very relaxing and beneficial to my overall wellbeing.

The front staff were friendly and helpful. My message therapist was great and help a lot with my aches and pains. Check was great because they wanted to assist in booking my next appointment.

I enjoyed my massage experience with April. I had been traveling 45 minutes to have a massage -- I wanted to find something closer to me. I was impressed by the professionalism of everyone I dealt with at Hand and Stone.

Everyone who works at this Hand & Stone is amazing. They truly want the best for everyone and makes them feel welcome. I feel like my massage therapist, Juvy, is a part of my family. The only reason why I put availability of times is difficult is because I only want Juvy, and everyone else has found her too, so she books out far in advance.

I already completed this in the first email you sent without a survey but here goes again. The scheduling, checking/out processes were efficient and friendly. Pil is a highly skilled therapist.

I arrived 5 minutes late and was concerned that this would be a bad start. The therapist was very understanding and accommodating. This made it easier to get relaxed. The pressure was perfect - at times quite deep, which is what I asked for. The lights were immediately dimmed which was like switching off all my stress.
