I arrived 5 minutes late and was concerned that this would be a bad start. The therapist was very understanding and accommodating. This made it easier to get relaxed. The pressure was perfect - at times quite deep, which is what I asked for. The lights were immediately dimmed which was like switching off all my stress.

Friendly staff, clean location, and talented service providers.

Great massage and attention to the focused area I needed work on. The receptionist were also friendly as well.

Michelle is a great esthetician, knowledgeable and nice personality.

My first experience with hand and stone was amazing. I will be back next month. I expressed my concerns of my body pain as I was asked about these and I felt so much better afterwards. I left very relaxed and cared for during my visit. The environment is very welcoming, quiet and comforting.

Susan House (Miss Sue) is wonderful and is able to make me relax. The receptionist Kailey was over the top helpful and friendly, too. Overall I am very happy with my experience at Hand & Stone.

Welcoming and friendly staff. Annie, who gave me the hydrating facial was superb. Explained what she was using and what is was for, allowed me time to be quiet and relax . I really enjoyed the whole experience. I have already booked another appointment with her. Excellent !!!!

I feel the therapist is great and the price is right and the appointments could be more available.
