As I indicated on the survey, the entire experience is very pleasant and the business is well run, clean, friendly, on time. I would like to add that my esthetician, Shauna, is so lovely. She makes the experiences really excellent. She is kind, gentle, and understanding. She doesn't push products, which I appreciate.

The massage therapist was great (Tiffany)the front dest was very helpful and agreeable, it was a very nice evening.

All therapists that I use have knowledge of massage. I am able to relax and enjoy my massages. Pressure is a plus for me.
