It is rare that a service provider meets customer expectations 100% of the time but I am happy to say this has been my experience at Hand and Stone Spa at Meadowmont, Chapel Hill, NC. This particular salon makes a concerted effort to assure excellence in client service as soon as you open the door and step inside. My esthetician Maveline is really extraordinary in every way! All staff were friendly. The appointment was on time. The esthetician was knowledgeable.

We came to Hand and Stone to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. We loved the relaxing atmosphere including the music. The staff were all so friendly and knowledgeable. It was my daughter’s first massage and she loved it. She asked for a firmer touch and was rewarded. My facial was very relaxing and my skin looked terrific. Looking forward to future visits.
