My esthetician was great - I liked both her pleasant and easy to be with demeanor as well as the level of treatment and sensitivity. I would give her a 10!

The staff is very friendly and listens - this includes the people at the front desk and the massage therapist. Although I know that the therapist is on a clock he never made me feel rushed which helps to relax. Music and smells are kept at a low level - this isn't the case at some other places.

The reception staff is always friendly. Niyah was on time and the facial was great. I had an issue with an infected pimple in my ear and she extracted the inside of the pimple and cleaned it out and it's much better.
