Nick is the number one reason I am highly satisfied with my experience. He was ready when I got there. He knows me well, as I have been seeing him for a few years now (at least 3 but probably more). He anticipates my needs and is always ready to get me into that relaxed and pain free zone. Making the appointment over the phone was easy as well making the follow up appointment after my massage. I am very please with my membership and the services that I receive at this location.

Aquilla listened to my areas of concern and made a plan for the session. She did a great massage that covered all the areas of pain/stress. I was so relaxed following the massage.

Tracey, Receptionist, was so helpful with my account info., and assisted me in trying to resolve my account issues. She went out of her way to help me. Mavalina was GREAT too! Wonderful facial always knowledgeable & advises the services that I need each visit, which is so helpful to me.

I'm a Big fan of Hand and Stone, I've had memberships in Southern CA and here in NC. All of the therapists and aestheticians I've work with have been knowledgeable, professional, warm, friendly people and every service I've recieved has been enjoyable and effective. I recommend Hand and Stone all the time, I come in myself once or twice every month.

Judy is a fantastic massage therapist. She is highly skilled. The massage was very relaxing and also addressed problem areas effectively.

Juvy is incredible. She is one of the best therapists I have ever experienced and I have had quite a few massages. Because of Juvy, I signed up for a membership, when otherwise I likely would not have.

Great pressure which should be for a deep massage. I would suggest that more oil be used and a little less pressure on the back when close to the ribs.
