It was absolutely the best facial I’ve ever had! The esthetician explained everything she was doing and gave a wonderful face massage. She was very knowledgeable about all of the products and explained them in depth. The receptionist was very nice as well.

I am highly satisfied with the massage I received because Juvy was exceptionally professional and thorough in everything she did from the moment she met me until she finished and I left the spa.

I was highly satisfied because Sue did an amazing job with massage. The pressure was just right.

The lady that did my body massage was wonderful! I apologize that I do not remember her name but she was fabulous. I do know that she moved to NC about five years ago because of her grandchildren. She was very polite, kind, and very respectful. I was also very relaxed and overall she was just wonderful. You’re very lucky to have her in your team! The lady that did my facial was also great. She was prompt and knowledgeable in her field of work.

I was visiting from out of town, and would love to have another appt next time I’m in the area.

Therapist was nice and calming an listened to comments, adjusting stones to be a little cooler when needed. I like when a therapist notes a particular area of concern that they notice from their work, and appreciate when they mention a particular area of tightness or suggest an area for work.

Annie is a knowledgable, friendly, and professional esthetician with attention to detail and client comfort. I consistently return to the Chapel Hill Hand and Stone to see her because she has addressed several issues with my skin care and skin sensitivity issues. My treatments are always customized to my current skin needs while taking into consideration my overall goals for skin health and protection against the skins of aging. My dermatologist has commented that my face and neck look really healthy, which I consider a huge compliment to the hard work Annie has put into her job.
