Hand and Stone

Overall for it to be my first facial I really enjoyed it. The relaxation part was the best. I haven't slept that well after my appointment in a while. Definitely going to continue to go to Hand and Stone.

I was so impressed with the service at the Chapel Hill location. The manager worked to honor some packages of mine that expired during Covid. They allowed me to maintain the packages for 3 more months and were super helpful. Also the esthetician who did my facial was exceptionally good. He knew the services needed, was excellent at his work, and was very professional. I also purchased products based on his recommendations. Overall wonderful quality of business all around. Very impressed.

It was a wonderful experience from start to finish for the three of us !! It was a very relaxing and inviting atmosphere and everyone was very nice and friendly. Tabor (I think spelled this way) is a wonderful esthetician. He put us all at ease immediately as it was a first facial for all of us. He explained everything thoroughly and did a great job. We are now hooked on facials!!!!
