Juvee the masseuse makes my experience worthwhile. She is kind and pays attention to the tension areas in the body. Even if I had a bad experience with front staff, Juvee professionalism, knowledge and sweet spirit supersedes it all.

The massage was very good and by the end of it, I felt relaxed and rejuvenated. My massage provider was very friendly and focused on my specific needs.

The reception staff is always amazing. They see me and greet me, by name, as I walk in the door, And they've already begun checking me in, for my appointments, by the time I've set foot inside. Both my massage therapist and my facial aesthetician are gifted at what they do, and are ready to chat or not, during our sessions, based on what the vibe I'm setting may be. I recommend this Hand and Stone all the time!!

Kristen was by far the best massage therapist I have ever had. She was kind, made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. She was amazing at identifying my aches, and did a fabulous job or helping me feel better. I highly recommend her.

Everything was perfect!

While my massage was running behind, my therapist came out to inform me that he was running a few minutes behind before the start of the appointment. He also made sure that my full time would be honored. That really meant a lot to hear the updates in real time than just an apology after.

My massage therapist Nick was awesome. He worked on all the problem places that I have. I will schedule with Nick again.
