I schedule my appointment around 9:00 pm, and an appointment was available for the next day which meant a lot for me due to chronic pain. The booking and the services provide by my therapist was good

This was a great experience. The only issue that I had was when I was asked about gratuity as if it was mandatory. Given the fact that I told them that I wasnt working and this was a gift, it was inappropriate to ask for the gratuity. Sensitivity to potential clients is critical.
