The person from whom I receive the massage is excellent. Her pressure is great. She's very aware of my needs and listens to what I want.

The amount of time the esthetician took to address my skin concerns as well as offering products with explanation of their uses. I appreciated how willing to accommodate looking at appointments for future visits.

Very happy with the massage therapists I use (Pil or LiLing. Both are wonderful. Only disappointment is hard to schedule an appointment that is not at least a month out, especially since Pil has been out of the country.

The therapist I had was fantastic. She asked about areas of concern ahead of time and worked those areas very well.

My massage therapist was friendly and warm but not overly chatty, she was very pleasant. My massage therapist had strong hands and use the requested firm pressure. She asked if it was a good level of pressure shortly after we started.
