When we arrive, the receptionists always greet us with a smile and welcome us to the facility. Kristen takes particular care in matching her pressure and approach to whichever muscles are bothering me at the time. The one thing I would change is that the music, while not my favorite genre is relaxing, except when it is stopped suddenly or shifts to another "song" without a smooth transition. A minor challenge.

The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. The esthetician asked sensible questions and assessed the need for specific service well. I liked the decor and warm temp in the room.

When I arrived the receptionist were incredibly friendly and helpful. My masseuse made sure to ask what I want and followed my lead by keeping it a more silent experience. He made sure he focused on the areas that were bothering me.
