Everyone at the spa is very friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve been seeing my esthetician Lilia for years and I wouldn’t change her. She is simply the best.

Matt was excellent. He was appropriately friendly. He did not try to talk too much or sell me anything. I was very comfortable with him.

The experience was very pleasant and I signed up for monthly massages. When I initially came in to make my first appointment one person at the desk was on the phone, and the second person was with a customer. I was in plain view and just ultimately went over and sat. Waiting. I understand that they may have been servicing other clients but the owner was in the back and should have been called to the front sooner. I was not the only one waiting. The owner came out and finished me up one two three.
