As a Chain it is pridictable in its services. It was very clean and the message techs are in general very well qualified. But it is a generic process. Having had massages for years I would rate the facility as very nice but the timed to the second massage is a little much. So an hour massage is an hour massage not 50 minutes and 90 minute massage is a 90 minute massage. Techs have a little time off between massges or regroup. Everyone is hoping about cleaning rooms, trying to grab the bathroom for the next massage client and this is not a relaxing atmosphere. Once in the room things calm down.

The massage was excellent. I showed up 15 minutes early and they were able to get started early which was great. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly.

The estician was friendly, knowledgeable, & the facial was very relaxing. My face felt wonderful after.

The store was very clean and friendly. The staff was helpful and eager to find a time that works. The ambiance was relaxing and the music was pleasant to enjoy during the massage.

At the end of the day, I judge this all by how I feel when I walk out. My therapist relieved so much of my neck pain I was blown away. Her mannerisms, knowledge, soothing words made for a superb experience. Will definitely be back with Cheryl shortly
