From the phone call to booking my facial to the end I was highly satisfied. I told the receptionist that I wanted a facial. She asked me what kind I told her I wanted to discuss it with my esthetician because I wasn’t sure , she was so sweet. My esthetician suggested what she thought would be best for me from what I described what I was looking to achieve. I like to relax during my facials and my esthetician I believe could sense that and it was very tranquil in the room as opposed to other places that I’ve gone to where the esthetician talked too much. In the end I was greater with a glass of water and smiled all around ! Very satisfied
