The environment is clean and calming. I’ve had my membership close to a year and have gotten the best facials from Carly. She’s consistant and very pleasant.

The receptionist was amazing..we enjoyed water and tea while we waited...therapists were professional and knowledgeable. We went with gift cards from a client of mine and ended up signing up for your membership

The staff and wait time are always great. The easy of booking appointments. No pressure to become a member or pre book services.

The onsite experience is always very good. But I stopped being a member because it was just too hard to book my preferred therapist and they never had her schedule in advance, even for only a week out.

Brandi is excellent at what she does. She goes above and beyond. Hand and stone is in a convenient location for me. I love my monthly membership there.

The weighting area and the aroma and clendlness set the mood ! The massage room was equally comfortable. The massage therapist was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable! All in all a great experience!😊

The staff is so welcoming. The ambiance is very comfortable. I love Brandi, my aesthetician. I love going to the Spa.

We had a couples massage and Rob & Sarah were great. They made us feel very comfortable and always asked if the pressure was okay.

The experience was great. Cheryl was the therapist, and she was great. I will be booking my next massage with her again.
