The treatment was highly professional and accomodating. The aesthetician was just wonderful.

My therapist has been with hand and stone for a while so I know what to expect. I do wish that my preference of bimonthly membership would not have to be re-requested every six months.

I was taken right away. My estatician was knowledgeable and pleasant. She made me comfortable and relaxed. The only thing I didn't like was that she didn't inform me that the pumpkin facial was going to cost more. I should have asked though.

This was my third time at hand and stone and it was by far my best experience. Cheryl, was great. She took the time to walk me through what she was thinking about my problem areas and really hit them effectively.

Everything went according to plan. Massage was great and then I was escorted to my facial room. Cheryl and Alexa both did a great job.

Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Massage by Maureen was excellent!

I have been going to the same massage therapist for awhile because she gives a very relaxing and helpful massage expecially to my neck which is a constant issue. I also get a facial right after the massage. I have also been going to the same person for my facials for quite awhile. Likewise the aesthetician is very good and works with me to decide what type of facial I should have that month.
