It had been a while since I had visited due to a bad visit the last time I was there. I expected the owner to call. But was disappointed that he did not. This new tool you are using is great so if individuals do have problems they can report them. Only one bad experience in 3 years every other time has been fantastic.

My esthetician and massage person are always very friendly. I have been to both of them numerous times because I like the quality of their work. They do ask questions and listen to my questions and comments. I feel comfortable with both of them. Sometimes difficult to get an appointment for both appointments on the same day but it is usually worked out. I look forward to my appointments at hand and stone.
