Warm and welcoming staff. Massage therapist very attentive and knowledgeable.

It is in a convenient location. The receptionists are nice. My therapist is excellent. I usually am taken in on time and don't have to wait. I like heated tables, some instrumental music playing (not too loud), and not too much light.

Both the receptionist and my masseuse were very friendly and accommodating. They helped me feel welcome and comfortable. I felt relaxed both while waiting and during my massage.

The massage therapist, Leah was professional but very personable. She made me feel more comfortable as time went by. She asked about the pressure several times and also if I was feeling ok. Generally, a very pleasant experience. The facial therapist, Stacey, was also very professional and nice. She asked questions and answered others to help me take care of my skin better and recommended an eye cream which I purchased. I did not really want to spend more money as I am retired and trying to conserve but the cream was at the desk when I checked out. I know I could have said no but I didn't want to not take her suggestion for a problem we discussed. It was more expensive than I anticipated. My fault. This was also a pleasant and helpful experience. I will definitely use these two people for future appointments.

This is the second time I have had Kyle as my massage therapist. She is fantastic! I have a problem with my shoulder & she addressed it & I had a great massage. I have recommended her already.

i love my massage therapist, but the bathroom was really disgusting that needs to be fixed a bathroom tells alot about a facility.

I have been a member of the spa for almost 2 years and the quality of services I have received is excellent. I can say in all of the services I've had so far, there's only been one massage that I didn't think was up to par but since then I've gone to Anthony who is outstanding. Manny is also very good. Megan has done my facials and she's great as well.

Meagan made my experience great. She is professional, down to earth, knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. She is so awesome. I would highly recommend her services to e everyone!

Enzo was very knowledgeable about what was the underlying causes of my discomfort and helped me put together a plan of action which included seeing him again in a week
